Abstract

Dear Colleagues

As you know that Pakistan Journal of Radiology (PJR) is the official publication of Radiological Society of Pakistan (RSP).   On its inauguration (both print and online versions) as a quarterly publication in 2008, PJR was very warmly welcomed by radiology fraternity of Pakistan and other countries due to inclusion of high quality and informative manuscripts for our readers as well as quality and lay out of the journal. Glad to know that www.pakjr.com  is among the most visited Pakistani journals’ websites.  This is primarily due to devoted efforts of PJR’s editorial team led by Professor Zafar Sajjad who has done an outstanding job over many years. It is an honor for me to take over his duties at this time and glad that he has consented to continue his contribution as an associate editor. I am also highly indebted for selfless and scholarly support by Dr Rashid Ahmad and his presence as patron and editor emeritus of PJR is an honor indeed for the entire team of PJR.
