Abstract

ABSTRACT

Among all mediastinal tumours , liposarcomas are very rare with a very low incidence of about 1%. They usually presents late as they are asymptomatic and acquire a large size due to pleural space and elasticity of lungs. We present a case of 45yr old male patient with a large mediastinal liposarcoma extending in to both  hemithoraces on CT scan presents with left sided chest pain, dyspnea and mild fever for one month.
