Abstract

Sacrococcygeal teratoma (SCT) is the most common congenital tumor in the neonate, reported in approximately 1/35 000 to 1/40 000 live births. Approximately 80% of affected infants are female, a 4:1 female to male preponderance. We report a case in which a sacrococcygeal teratoma was identified and characterized on prenatal 3Tesla MRI.
